Nashik Hotels

Nashik located just four hours drive from Mumbai and Pune, is primarily a place of religious importance to Hindus and Indians in general. The common traveler comes to visit the temples and shrines on the banks of River Godavari and for a holy dip in the river. The once in twelve year event, the Trimbakeshwar Kumbh Mela is the major pilgrimage of Hindus to Nashik, though regular visits by devotees to Trimbakeshwar continue throughout the year. The other place of religious interest in the vicinity is at Shirdi, the Shrine of Sai Baba.
